It is not a book just for management but rather a book that helps every technical person to become a successful leader in an organic leadership model in problem solving . It is a wonderful find.
My wife once teases me in not moving up in corporate ladder to a managerial positioin. And my answer back to her is that it is more challenging to manage her and our two kids. Jokes aside, this book even helps me to become a creative and effective problem solver outside of work. When time allows, I would like to expand this post to summarise what I have learned from the book.
